Exosite and ICP DAS Announce Partnership

Exosite has partnered with ICP DAS, a leading manufacturer of industrial automation equipment, on a solution called ExoWISE. ExoWISE combines ExoSense® and Murano® with ICP DAS’s WISE-5231 IIoT edge gateway to enable end-to-end remote monitoring that deploys in minutes and requires no coding to customize.

The WISE-5231 gateway connects edge devices to the internet and bridges them to the cloud. For customers using the standard Modbus protocol, the gateway connects to ExoWISE with no coding required, eliminating the need for a software development team or a long development cycle to bring OT data connectivity to industrial applications.

Once connected, the WISE-5231 sends data to Murano and ExoSense for remote monitoring across industrial applications, giving users:

• Customizable dashboards: drag-and-drop dashboards viewable remotely on any device, reducing the need for onsite visits.
• Historical analysis: line charts to visualize historical data and identify problematic trends and critical events.
• Off-the-shelf rules: ready-to-use rules, including sustained thresholds and comparison functions, to detect warning and critical states.
• Alerts and notifications: email/SMS alerts triggered by real-time status to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
• Visual status indicators: key indicator panels that communicate equipment state at a glance.
• Analytics: operational analytics and data transformations to predict maintenance, improve processes, and enable machine learning.
