Dashboards & Portal
Dashboards and a customer portal for your equipment
ExoSense runs under your brand and domain. Your team sees every customer's fleet, and each customer sees only their own equipment.
A customer portal under your brand
Theme
Your product name, logos, and colors on your own domain, with your support site, terms, and privacy policy at login.
Languages and regional defaults
Set the default language for new users. Each user can choose their own language, time zone, date and number format, and metric or US units.
Notification templates
Write the email and SMS alerts in your own words, per language, using asset, signal, and condition details. Alerts are sent from your email domain.
Features
Turn features on or off for your deployment, such as maps, public dashboards, recurring reports, and device control.
Fleet view across every customer
Every asset in one grid
The fleet grid lists the assets in a group and its subgroups by asset type, with the signals and metadata you choose as columns.
Problems at the top
The grid is sorted by status by default, so assets that need attention come first.
Grid, list, or map
Browse by group, list, or map, and export a view to PDF, CSV, or JSON for a customer report.
Dashboards
26 panel types
Line, bar, and array charts, gauges, indicators, tables, logs, maps, heatmaps, image overlays, Markdown, content viewers, and device controls.
Every panel is configurable
Choose the signals, time window, thresholds, axes, units, and colors for each panel. Panels snap to a 12-column grid and can be resized and rearranged.
Managed templates
An asset template holds the asset configuration and dashboards for a product model. Update it once and move every linked asset to the new version, while local settings such as thresholds and users' own dashboards stay in place.
Control who sees each dashboard
Show a dashboard to everyone who can see the asset, only to managers, or to no one. Group dashboards summarize the assets in a group, and a password-protected link shares a dashboard with someone who doesn't log in.
Customers, service teams, and roles
One hierarchy for your business
Model your company, service teams and partners, customers, and sites as groups. Users see their own group and everything under it, and nothing above or beside it.
Roles built from permissions
Create roles such as a field service technician or a customer viewer from permissions for viewing, assets, conditions, users, and devices.
Customers manage their own users
A customer admin can invite users and add groups for their sites, within their own part of the hierarchy.
Application enablement
ExoSense covers application enablement from configuration to custom code.
Configure ExoSense
Most teams build their application by configuring ExoSense: the group tree for service teams, customers, and sites, asset dashboards, rules, and notifications. No developers needed.
Extend ExoSense
Add dashboards with your own SVG graphics bound to live signals, Markdown content such as operating guides and service links, and values calculated by your own Insight modules, such as pump efficiency.
Custom applications
Build separate applications, such as a device registration and onboarding app, on the ExoSense API, the IoT Connector interfaces, or both. Run them on Murano with serverless scripting or host them elsewhere.
Talk with us about your customer portal
Tell us who needs to see your equipment data, and we'll show you how the portal, dashboards, and roles fit.
