Product Updates: White-Labeled Alerts with Custom Email Domains

For an OEM running ExoSense under its own brand, an alert email that arrives from an exosite.com address undercuts the point of white-labeling the platform in the first place.

Custom Email Domain Support

Notification emails can now be sent from a domain you control, so a condition-monitoring alert lands in an operator’s inbox looking like it came from your product, not ours. Alongside it: SMS opt-in confirmation, so recipients explicitly confirm before receiving text alerts, and improved timeout rule status visibility, so it’s easier to tell at a glance whether an asset has simply stopped reporting versus tripped a real threshold.

Out of Order Data Filtering

A new option for rules that ignores data arriving out of chronological order - common with intermittent cellular connections or devices that buffer and replay - so a rule doesn’t fire, or clear, based on a late-arriving reading that’s actually old news.

A remote pump station on cellular connectivity that periodically catches up on a backlog of buffered readings won’t retroactively re-trigger, or falsely clear, an alarm rule once Out of Order Data Filtering is turned on.
